Modern Language Institute.


The Institute of Institution was established under the University of Dhaka in 1974.



Location.

70 gauge from TSC to the north of Rokeya Hall in the north, south of Duxu Bhawan, before Gurdwara Nank Shahi Bhaban and 20 yards south east of DU Central Library.

The Institute has a total of 3 floors in the building.

Admission activities

Admission Eligibility

Any person who passes a Higher Secondary or equivalent examination can apply for admission in Junior Certificate Course in Foreign Languages. However, in any SSC or HSC examination, or at least equivalent examination, second class / B grade / GPA should be 2.30. Only students of Dhaka University can apply for admission in the English Junior Course.

Admission test

Admission test will be more than the number of seats in a language.

Admission process.

A) Janata Bank can get admission application for junior course in exchange for 300 (three hundred) rupees from TSC Dhaka University branch. To learn Bangla language, foreign students will be admitted to the institute after receiving the non-certification certificate (NOC) from the education ministry through the embassy.

B) Attested Photocopy of the certificate / mark sheet and any other attested photographs of SSC and HSC equivalent in the submission of application form will be attached.

Course.

A) Junior, senior, diploma and higher diploma courses are available.

B) Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Bengali (for foreigners) and English.

C) Each course is 1 (one) year term (minimum 120 hours).

D) At the end of the course, there is no separate fee for the certificate to be paid.

Every Friday is closed.



Limitation.

There is no audio visual system.
